Concession Volunteers & Donations
We are asking AHS parents to assist with the Eagle Relay concessions which allow us to retain 100% of the proceeds. Please sign up to donate items or in lieu of donating items, you are welcome to give a monetary donation to assist with purchasing the items. Thank you in advance for your assistance and continued support!
If you choose to donate, please click the button that says Monetary to donate funds. Any donated funds must be submitted to the booster club by February 18, 2024.
The deadline to sign-up for concession donations is February 18, 2024. Click the Donate button to select items.
AHS Parent volunteers are also needed to work the concession stand during the Eagle Relays. Please click the sign-up button to choose a shift.
All volunteers must complete the food handler training to work concessions.
